There are a number of different ways you can get in contact with the team at Connect2Field. We are based in Sydney, Australia and work with a global customer so we know that working 9am – 5pm Sydney time isn’t going to cut it.
Typically we’ll have our team responding to questions sent via email between 8am-12am and you can expect a turnaround time of less than 2 hours during this time. Outside of this time support tickets will be answered first thing in the morning our laptops, iPads and iPhones.
All our servers are monitored 24/7, in the event that we do have an outage we’ll know about it before you do and will resolve it no matter what time of the night it is.

Looking to talk on the phone?
We know that sometimes email isn't efficient, sometimes sending emails back and forth can be frustrating! Often you’ll find if we’re not able to resolve an issue quickly via email we’ll pick up the phone and give you a call. So it’s a good idea to give us your phone number and area code with any email query.
Please remember though if your enquiry is for support or a sales query the best thing is to drop us an email (request a phone call if you feel it’s required) and we’ll give you a call back.
Our phones are answered 24/7 and if someone isn’t available to take your call our round the clock receptionist will take a message we’ll call you back.

Our CEO Steve Orenstein loves to hear from our customers if you feel something that is important feel free to contact him either via email, Skype (smotech) or his mobile (+61414884131- But beware his phone is never off even at 3am in the morning!)
While Steve would to talk to every single customer it’s just not possible so please contact him if something is super important and needs the CEO’s attention. Rest assured though that Steve has his finger on the pulse with Connect2Field and will be reading almost every enquiry that comes into Connect2Field whether he’s in the office or on the road via his iPhone.
