Live Dashboard:
Our Live Dashboard enables you to view a live snapshot of what's happening right now in your service business! With this useful feature you can stay on top of what's happening, whenever and wherever you are accessing your Connect2Field account.
Customer Management:
At Connect2Field, we know that keeping all your customer documents organised and in one place can be a difficult task which is why hosting this information in the cloud is so efficient! Not to mention you no longer need stacks of files taking up valuable space in your office! In Connect2Field, we enable you to view all your customer details in one location.
Job Management:
Connect2Field allows you to manage your service business simply and effectively. Job information can be entered into your account via your back office and dispatched to your fieldworker's mobile device – you can even allocate jobs to fieldworkers based on their location! You can set up SMS and Email alerts and even enter information for recurring jobs, saving the need for multiple data entry.
Scheduling:
Connect2Field offers your service business Pain free scheduling with conflict highlighting and instant dispatch. As companies grow, it becomes harder and harder to manage their workload. Planning and scheduling your resources is more and more time-consuming simply because of the increased workload. With Connect2Field you are able to schedule fieldworkers and manage the direct costs of each job, dispatch jobs wirelessly to fieldworkers and know instantly that they have acknowledged & accepted the job.
Quote Management:
In the Connect2Field interface, you are able to generate quotes for your customers which can be Emailed directly to them from the system. Once a quote has been accepted by your customer, you are also able to convert it into a job.
Supplier Management:
In Connect2Field, you are able to easily manage all your supplier details in one location. From the Connect2Field Dashboard, you can select the Suppliers icon on the top left of the page and search by Name and Type of supplier. You can also add new supplier information by selecting the Add icon in the centre of the page and filling out the appropriate fields in the following page. You are also able to view the Job History associated with that Supplier, add Custom Fields, attach Documents and view Contacts.
Invoicing:
You can invoice directly from Connect2Field and also receive payments directly. Are you a service business who charges your clients on an hourly basis for the field jobs you undertake? For example a carpet cleaning company who charges per hour for different cleaning categories and jobs? This feature of Connect2Field enables you to charge for the services rendered on your client's site. If you are not a service business then then read services as products and you then charge for your products instead.
Inventory:
The Inventory feature in Connect2Field allows you to track the amount of stock you have on any item across multiple warehouses instantly. It's simple to use; all you need to do is login to the Connect2Field Dashboard and select Options. From there you can select Labour, Products and Inventory Management.
Reporting:
Our reporting engine allows you to report on any of the data accumulated within Connect2Field.You can run reports on the following: Jobs, Accounts, Clients, Fieldworker's – on everything from how many sick days your fieldworker has accumulated per year to outstanding invoices and even how your client found out about you!
Data Management:
We allow you to import your data into Connect2Field. Also, you can at any point of time export all your customer and job data into excel. From the Dashboard it is easy to manage all of your data – all you need is to select Options and follow the appropriate links.
Accounting Integration:
Connect2Field allows you to integrate your account with several accounting packages including; Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Saasu and Kashflow. You can download your invoices, customer details and import contacts seamlessly and quickly. If you enter your Connect2Field Dashboard and select Options, you can select Accounting Integration and follow the directions.
Mobile Device Access:
Connect2Field can be accessed from any mobile device including iPhone/iPad, Windows Phone, Nokia, Android and BlackBerry on demand, wherever you need to login to your account.
Live Data Capture:
Capturing data from fieldworkers on the job is an integral part of any service business. The best thing about mobile access to our cloud-based application, Connect2Field is that you can request whatever data you require from your field staff, instantly! At Connect2Field, we offer several exciting different ways for you to capture the information you require to run your business with maximum proficiency and organisation. These include; Customer Signature Capture on your fieldworker's iPhone, Connect2Field Digital Pen – where your fieldworker can easily fill out a paper job form and it is instantly converted to a PDF and visible in your Connect2Field account and the Doxie Scanner, a great tool for fieldworkers who can scan any document A4 or below (i.e. receipts) and they appear in the Documents section of that specific job with the click of a button.
API:
If you rely on several cloud based applications to help run your service business on a daily basis, you can maximise your implementation of Connect2Field by utilising our API (Application Programming Interface) to share content and data between your programs. Our API allows you to connect directly to our database securely, and to easily get access to your data stored on Connect2Field on demand.
