Jason Hunt is the General Manager of Ratcliff Strata Maintenance. Ratcliff organises strata services for a large number of clients, both residential and commercial.
Jason loves what Field Connect has done for his business. "It simplified our day to day tasks. We have multiple vans in the field, and we can schedule jobs to each van, and the guys in the field enter everything as they go, which helps us at the end of the month".
The time that Field Connect saves for Ratcliff was very important. "The system is web based, so our guys can do it anywhere, and don't have to return to the office to log information on a daily basis. At the end of the month, we just export to MYOB and hit print! Whereas it used to take us a day to do our invoices, it now only takes us the time to print."
The certainty of the system also means a lot to Jason. Knowing that they are not missing any jobs, and being able to keep track of where each van is, and how long it has been on site means that prices can be set accordingly and accurately. "Before we were making an educated guess as to the time taken on site, and that the work was completed properly. A lot of people forget to invoice for things, but with Field Connect we do it all onsite, and charge for all items. Now almost all of our stock matches our invoices".
